If you change your mind after receiving your wall stickers we will be happy to give you a full refund (Please note that you will have 7 days from the date you receive the item to notify us you wish to return it, after this time we will no longer be able to action a refund). You will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the item/s back to us. If however, you are not happy with the product itself, we will of course also pay the return postage. When we receive the product/s back in the original packaging, unused and as new, we will happily action a full refund for the original order value.

Nb. For obvious reasons we are unable to offer a refund if the item was personalised with a chosen name or was a bespoke request, unless of course there is any damage or defect with the product.

For UK deliveries please allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding a missing parcel and we will then chase up with the relevant delivery company. Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If an international standard delivery product does not arrive in the expected time frame, Royal Mail policy states that they require you to leave 20 working days after the latest possible delivery date in Europe, or 25 days in the USA and rest of world before making a claim against them. If the parcel is still missing after this time we will action a claim and will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge or give you a full refund.



In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged package or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Once the claim has been made we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge or give you a full refund.



Please make sure that you check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer.  However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will be happy to resend it to you at your cost.
