IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED AN ORDER.....

If you change your mind after ordering your wall stickers and we are yet to manufacture them you will be able to claim a full refund by contacting us either via our contact number or our contact page on the website. If the product has been manufactured but not dispatched we will only be able to refund your postage cost but not the cost of the sticker/s ordered. If your order has already been manufactured and posted we will unfortunately not be able to offer any refund as each sticker is made to order in your particular chosen colour/s and size or personalised options.

 

NON-DELIVERED PRODUCT.....

For UK deliveries please allow 5 working days after the latest expected delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing parcel, we will then chase up with the relevant delivery company. Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If an international standard delivery product does not arrive in the expected time frame, Royal Mail policy states that they require you to leave 20 working days after the latest possible delivery date in Europe, or 25 days in the USA and rest of world before making a claim against them. If the parcel is still missing after this time we will action a claim and will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT.....

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged package or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Once the claim has been made we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER.....

Please make sure that you check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer.  However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will be happy to resend it to you at your cost.
