All orders are precision cut, hand finished to order and dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to manufacture your product/s within 1-2 working days but at peak times this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED AN ORDER.....

If you change your mind after ordering your wall stickers and we are yet to manufacture them, you will be able to claim a full refund by contacting us either via our contact number or our contact page on the website. If however your order has already been manufactured we will unfortunately not be able to offer any refund, as each sticker is made to order in your chosen colour/s, size and/or personalised options.

 

NON-DELIVERED MISSING PARCELS.....

For UK deliveries please allow 5 working days after the latest expected delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing parcel, we will then chase up with the relevant delivery company. Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If an international standard delivery product does not arrive in the expected time frame, Royal Mail policy states that they require you to leave 20 working days after the latest possible delivery date in Europe, or 25 days in the USA and rest of world before making a claim against them. If the parcel is still missing after this time we will action a claim and will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.


CUSTOMER NOT IN TO RECEIVE PARCEL/S.....

If your order is returned to our office address after attempted deliveries we will unfortunately have to charge for the cost of re-sending your parcel. Nb. MyHermes will make 3 attempts to deliver before returning it to us.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.....

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged package or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Once the claim has been made we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.

PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CUSTOMER.....

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible if a wall sticker is damaged or made unusable during the installation process as they are a do-it-yourself product. We have of course made the application process as simple and straightforward as possible and supply detailed fitting instructions with every order. We also have a step by step 'how to apply wall stickers' video to view on our website.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER.....

Please be sure to double check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer. However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will happily re-post it to you, but this will be at your cost.

 

 

Rest assured that what ever problems may from time to time occur, our aim is to keep every customer happy with their service and products every time. We will not leave you out of pocket or without the product/s you ordered and will do everything in our power to resolve all issues.
