All orders are precision cut, hand finished to order and dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to manufacture your product/s within 1-3 working days, but at peak times this cannot be guaranteed and may be slightly delayed.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements for Wall Stickers

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE

If you change your mind after ordering your wall stickers and we are yet to manufacture them, you will be able to claim a full refund by contacting us either via our contact number or our contact page on the website. If however your order has already been manufactured or posted we will unfortunately not be able to offer any refunds, as each sticker is made to order in your chosen colour/s, size and/or personalised options.

 

NON-DELIVERED MISSING PARCELS

For UK deliveries please allow 5 working days after the latest expected delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing parcel, we will then be able to chase the relevant delivery company. Should they not be able to locate your parcel we will send you a replacement free of charge.

 

CUSTOMER NOT IN TO RECEIVE PARCEL/S

If your order is returned to our office address after continuous attempted deliveries we will unfortunately have to charge for the cost of re-sending your parcel. Nb. Hermes will make 3 attempts to deliver before returning it to us.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require you to send us back the damaged package or take a photograph so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Once the claim has been made we will be happy to send out a replacement to you free of charge.

PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CUSTOMER

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible if a wall sticker is damaged or made unusable during the installation process, as they are a do-it-yourself product. We have of course made the application process as simple and straight forward as possible and supply detailed fitting instructions with every order. We also have a detailed step by step fitting video to view on our website.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER

Please be sure to double check your address details when ordering from us as we will unfortunately not be able to refund any parcel lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer. However, if the parcel makes its way back to us via the return address we will happily re-post it to you, but this will be at your cost.

 

INCORRECT SELECTION OR DISLIKE OF COLOUR CHOICE BY CUSTOMER

Please double check your colour choice/s at checkout to make sure that the colour/s chosen are correct. If you notify us quickly of a mistake, we will be able to simply change the colour choice on your order before manufacture. Unfortunately, if you require a replacement wall sticker that you have already received or has been manufactured, due to a mistake on your part, or a dislike of the chosen colour, we will be happy to do so but will charge a minimum of £10.00 or 50% of the original product price (whichever is the greater, delivery will be free) to send out the replacement sticker/s, in the correct colour/s to you. In these circumstances we will not require you to send us back your original purchase.

 

Metal Sign Delivery Information

Metal signs are dispatched within 1-2 working days and are usually sent via Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days)

 

Wall Clocks and Lighting Delivery Information

Our suppliers aim to dispatch all clocks and lighting products within 1-2 working days. Delivery is a further 2-4 working days.

 

Wall Clocks, Metal Signs and Lighting Returns

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged clock, metal sign or lighting product, or the item is not as described, please contact us within 7 working days to arrange the return of your item. We will contact the relevant supply partner to get your item/s returned free of charge, for either a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind once your metal sign order has been completed, we will unfortunately not be able to refund or return the item/s as they are hand printed to order.

Clocks and lighting products however, can be returned to us (at your own expense) for a refund of the product/s ordered, not including any delivery costs associated with the original order.

 

Mirror Delivery and Returns

Mirrors are usually delivered within 6 working days, although on occasion this may be slightly longer. Delivery times are based on your specific location. If you would like to know what day/s of the week your delivery will be before ordering, please feel free to contact us.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Fragilistics deliver to every UK postcode at least once a week, but we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes and areas due to costs and fragility of these products (PA20 to PA78), (IV4,6,14), (IV15 to IV29), (IV33,34,35), (IV37 to IV63), (KW, HS, ZE, IM, JE, GY), (PH36 to PH44), (PO30 to PO36), (KA27 and KA28), (TR21 to TR25) (Northern and Southern Ireland)

When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode, mobile phone number and an up to date e-mail address. This is because you will be notified of delivery times via text and e-mail. IF THE DELIVERY FAILS BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE THESE, A £25 REDELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE REQUIRED. If the order is then cancelled a £25 pound failed delivery charge will be taken from the refund.

If you are not going to be present to accept the delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended, please leave a message with your order or a signed note in a secure place to this effect.

How you will be updated on your Delivery

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and be notified of the expected delivery day(s) Fragilistics will confirm your delivery day via text, providing you have supplied your mobile number, and e-mail the day before the delivery is due and on the day of delivery will send an estimated time window at which point you will be able to track the order.

Damaged Mirrors

Please inspect your mirror/s as soon as possible after receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage found. We will ask for photo confirmation of any damage and once confirmed will arrange for the mirror to be picked up by Fragilistics. If we have further stock, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible, otherwise a full refund will be given.

Cancellations and Change of Mind for Wall Mirrors

If you change your mind before the item has been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order and action a full refund.

If your mirror has already been dispatched or delivered, when you decide that you no longer require it, we are happy to accept a return. However, there is a £25 charge to cover the cost of the return delivery.

 

Please be aware that, as our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, you may not receive all of your ordered items within the same delivery. We will however let you know, on an order by order basis, whether this is the case.

 

Rest assured that whatever problems may, from time to time occur, our aim is to keep every customer happy with the service and products that we provide. We will not leave you out of pocket or without the product/s you ordered and will do everything in our power to resolve all issues.
